Harry Potter is one of the most popular series in all of the entertainment as if anyone needed reminding. Since Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone was originally published in June of 1997, the Wizarding World has been alive and well.
Through her enormous vision and vivid imagery, J.K. Rowling accomplished an excellent job building pictures in her readers' imaginations. The real impression, on the other hand, was the directors, set designers, and everyone else involved in bringing her print to life.
Harry Potter is a film series based on J. K. Rowling's original novels. Beginning with Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001) and ending with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, the series is distributed by Warner Bros. and comprises eight fantasy films (2011).
The series stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger, respectively. Warner Bros. Pictures began releasing Harry Potter films, which are adaptations of the Harry Potter books, in 2001.
These films have proven to be extremely popular, and in less than a decade, the Harry Potter film series has surpassed the world-famous James Bond franchise as the highest-grossing motion picture series in history. It is currently the third highest-grossing franchise, trailing only the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star Wars.
